“Can I see it on me?”
Now you can say yes.

Customers do not buy a catalog. They buy the look they can imagine for themselves. Give them a live preview while your team guides the choice.

  • Explore more styles without preparing every physical sample.
  • Help associates move from describing a look to showing it.
  • Give online visitors a more personal way to discover your products.

A visual preview, not a guarantee of fit, colour or final appearance. Suitability is checked for your category during onboarding.

The customer leaves.
The conversation shouldn’t.

A recording of their favourite look gives a customer a reason to share their details. Your business gains more than an anonymous visit: a contact connected to a product they actually tried.

Recording delivery workflow in development

Like the look?
Send it to their WhatsApp.

  1. 1
Give them a reason to share their number

Offer to send their try-on recording so they can revisit the look or show someone they trust.

  2. 2
Build a customer profile, not just a contact list

Connect the details they choose to share with the products and looks they explored.

  3. 3
Make the next conversation more personal

With permission to follow up, pick up where the consultation ended with a relevant style, recommendation or appointment.

Keep your first-party customer relationships. Build your own customer database through a useful service, not another generic sign-up form. Consent to receive a recording is separate from permission for marketing follow-up.

Early access is a phased rollout. SMS/WhatsApp delivery, contact capture and connected analytics are being developed and are not generally available yet. We will confirm what is enabled for your pilot before onboarding.

Know what catches their eye.
Decide what to do next.

A sales report tells you what sold. Try-on analytics can show what people explored before they made up their minds.

See what people want to keep

Saved and downloaded looks add context beyond a product-page visit.

Make it yours

A branded customer experience, not a disconnected demo.

Start with your best collection

Choose the products that make sense for a first pilot.

Choose the right screen

Plan for assisted tablet use or a hosted web experience. A kiosk is optional.

One subscription.
Every screen on the same team.

Give your team a shared way to run try-on across the store. Mirror for Business is designed to bring approved devices, products and usage under one business account.

Manage the experience across devices

Organise customer-facing tablets and kiosks by location, with the right collection and branding for each.

Share the allowance, not separate bills

Your subscription’s try-ons form one business-wide pool across approved devices, instead of a separate allowance for each screen.

Keep the customer experience consistent

Give associates a common starting point and your business a joined-up view of activity as you expand.

Multi-device management is part of the planned rollout. Device allowances, supported hardware and usage limits depend on your plan and are confirmed during onboarding. This is not an unlimited-device offer.

Different businesses.
The same wish to be seen.

Start where seeing the result can change the buying conversation.

Before you join.

Is Mirror for Business generally available?

Not yet. iKawn is onboarding the first 25 founding merchants through a limited early-access program.

What does the founding merchant trial include?

Selected businesses receive guided onboarding and 15 trial try-ons with no card required.

Can I use it on iOS, Android and the web?

The merchant app is being built for all three platforms. Access is coordinated during early-access onboarding; this page is not an announcement of public App Store or Google Play availability.

Are recording sharing and customer analytics available now?

These are part of the phased product rollout. The screens show the actual app using sample data. SMS and WhatsApp delivery, contact capture and connected analytics are still being developed. We confirm enabled features before each pilot.

How does a recording become a customer relationship?

The planned flow lets a customer choose to provide their mobile number to receive their try-on recording. This connects contact details shared directly with the business to the product they tried. Permission for marketing follow-up is a separate choice, not implied by requesting a recording.

Do I need a kiosk or a custom app?

A kiosk is optional. Start by discussing a tablet-assisted or hosted web experience for your category. Your pilot defines the supported devices, product preparation and setup. Custom ecommerce integrations are scoped separately.
